“Fujiteca”の家は、日々の暮らしの中で四季折々の自然を楽しむことができる、中庭とライブラリーを備えた住まいです。

LDKや家事スペース、パントリーのどこからでも中庭へとつながり、光や風、緑の変化を常に感じられるよう計画しています。屋内外の境界をゆるやかにし、自然とともにある暮らしを実現しました。

吹き抜けのあるリビングは上下階をやわらかくつなぎ、2階にはライブラリーとセカンドリビングを配置。読書やくつろぎなど、家族それぞれが心地よく過ごせる場を設けています。

また、階段の一部を腰かけて本を読める“大階段”としたことも、この家ならではの楽しみのひとつです。

構造面では、高い断熱性と耐震性を備え、開放的でありながらも安心して暮らせる住まいを目指しました。

自然とつながり、家族それぞれが自分の時間を過ごせる「余白」のある住まいです。

Fujiteca House is a residence designed to bring the changing seasons into everyday life, featuring a central courtyard and a private library.

The LDK (Living, Dining, Kitchen), utility area, and pantry are all connected to the courtyard, allowing light, wind, and greenery to be present throughout the day. The indoor-outdoor boundary is softened to create a seamless connection with nature.

A double-height living room gently links the first and second floors. On the upper level, a library and second living space provide quiet corners for reading, relaxing, or simply spending time alone.
One unique feature of this house is the large staircase, partially designed as a place to sit and read.

The structure is also carefully planned for thermal insulation and earthquake resistance, ensuring both openness and peace of mind.

This is a home with built-in “breathing space” — a place where the family can enjoy moments together and apart, always close to nature.
