敷地はよくある分譲宅地で、これから建て込んで来るであろう周辺の建物に対し閉じて暮らすのではなく、適度な透明性を持って生活が出来る様に計画をした方が良いな、というのが第一印象でした。
クライアントからの数少ない要望の中で特徴的だったのは『家の中にバイクを置きたい』という事でした。
建設費850万円という極めてタイトな予算の中で必然と決まってくる面積のなか、バイクだけのスペースを確保するというのは面白くない。
そこで、人付き合いが良くｱｳﾄﾄﾞｱ好き、酒好きのクライアントのライフスタイルを踏まえ、あえて1階床面積の約半分を土間とし、懐の深い構成とする事にしました。
家族がどこにいてもお互いの気配を感じられるという事は、子育てが始まったばかりのクライアント家族にとって、これからの家族関係をどの様に築いていくか、という意味でもとても大事なものになってくると思います。
What was distinctive among the few requests from the client, it was that the client wanted to put the bike in the house.
On a very tight budget of 8.5 million yen and with a determined area, to secure a space of the bike is not interesting.
Therefore, based on the life style of the client, we took about one-half of the first floor area, for earthen floor taking a deep-pocketed configuration.
For the atrium, we installed some beams making it possible to increase the floor space for the children’s room.
I hope to be this building will grow along with the growth of the family.
