【キサス・キサス・キサス】は、高知県須崎市の山と川の自然に恵まれた環境に計画されたコーヒーとタバコ、そして音楽が大好きなご主人とその素敵な家族の為の住宅です。

建物は実家の南側に元々あった車庫＆倉庫を解体し、そこへ納まる最大の大きさとしています。敷地の側を流れる川や、パノラマ状に広がる山並みを堪能出来る様に、家族が集まる主要室は2階へと配置しました。間取りとしてはワンルーム空間ですが、、ダイニング・キッチンとリビングとをスキップフロアによって分節する事で空間に広がりが生まれ、様々な角度で周辺の景色を眺める事が出来る様になっています。

This is a residential house for the owner who love coffee, cigarette and music and his wonderful family. The building fits in the space created by demolishing the garage and the shed that were on the south side of the parents' house. The main rooms where the family gather are placed on the second floor so they can view the stream that runs on the side of the lot and the panoramic mountain view.

The floor plan is a single room space but the dining kitchen and the living room are separated on separate levels, allowing the space to appear larger and the residents can view the scenery from different angles.
